Details

Mix 1066g of hot chocolate with 4000ml of whole milk in the measuring jug.
Pour the contents of the jug into the chocolate maker and turn it on to 75 degrees.
Serve 70ml of hot chocolate in a 90ml cup, flavor with 10ml of the desired syrup.
Garnish with whipped cream or mini marshmallows (optional).
