4 lime wedges
4 tsp white cane sugar
3 cl (1 oz) Mazzoni Raspberry Puree
Fresh mint
4 cl (1.35 oz) White rum
2 cl (0.7 oz) Dark rum
Top Bitter lemon

Poured directly into the glass.
Shake the sugar and lime vigorously in the glass.
Add the raspberries and rum.
Close with crushed ice.
Stir well and add Top Lemon bitter.
