3 cl (1 oz) Sugar
1.5 cl (0.5 oz) Mazzoni Lemon Juice
3 cl (1 oz) Passoa (Passion fruit liquor)
3 drops Stillabunt
3 cl (1 oz) Mazzoni Passion Fruit Puree
Top Champagne

Put all the ingredients in the shaker, first dry, then add ice.
Finish by adding the champagne.
