Assuming you are not a vegetarian you will probably want to try topping your pizza with at least one of these meats groups. You may want to try them all at the same time or a simple pepperoni pizza will suffice. Whatever you decide; make sure that you get the best quality cuts and slices. You will also want to make sure that any ground meats or sausages precooked since most pizza does not cook long enough in the oven to ensure that meats, especially pork, is safe to eat. You will not have to worry too much about cold cuts of ham or salami since those should already be ready to eat out of the package. A little fat in the meat is okay but beware that if you have too much fat you may find that the top of your pizza is not dripping with cheese but instead saturated with grease.
