HAPPYTORTE® is another great
PreGel exclusive, a product
which allows to offer the
customers a completely new
dessert. HAPPYTORTE® is not
a mousse, nor a gelato and
does not look like any other
product currently displayed
in the cabinets of the
gelato parlours.
HAPPYTORTE® is the only
semifreddo which stays soft
at display temperature and
can be preserved next to the
gelato tubs. This product is
fresh to the palate, but is
not as cold as the gelato.
It is ideal for the winter
months, it is a novelty to
offer, with dedicated
recipes, during the summer
months too.
HAPPYTORTE®, which does not
contain hydrogenated fats,
is made exclusively with
cream. It is perfect to be
served at the table, on
cones or in cups for those
who want to taste it while
walking, or to bring at home
in easy take-away boxes.
With HAPPYTORTE® every
gelato maker can easily make
his specialties; this
product can be prepared by
using either a blender or a
cream whipping machine.
The launch of this product
will be supported by a
communication kit for the
point of sale which
includes: a totem, four
banners, a set of gelato
tags and a recipe book.
Moreover, upon request,
there will be the
possibility to organize
dedicated events with
SimonIce, the gelato
juggler, to help every
gelato maker to promote this
tasty and innovative
product.
